TJ's Flying Circus, Inc. was launched in 2008 to prepare youngsters to become Young Eagles and give all young kids at large, ages 1 - 7, an opportunity to dream, pretend and learn to Fly By the age of 8 years old in a Airplane Toybox (Toybox Airplane). Characteristics of the toybox airplane mimic a rocking horse. It is a rocking plane. Kids simulate going up by rocking back - yet not falling out.

Vision
Building on 16 years of Young Eagle Rallies, we will help build stronger Aviation communities by mobilizing the caring power of EAA members and chapters to expand aviation-education opportunities for young people and Young Eagles program.

To do this we will:
Design, manufacture and distribute airplane toy box plans, aircraft builder tools, pre-fabricated kits and completed airplane toy boxes and encourage young people to participate in assembly and design of new models and creation of computer graphic wraps and decals and high-tech options.

Provide fund raising opportunities selling Toybox Airplanes through EAA Chapters. EAA Chapters are an International network of 1000 locally governed organizations that work to create lasting positive changes in communites and kids lives via the preeminant Young Eagles program.
