Flying
Thomas M. Olson is a native of Minnesota, the land
of 10,000 Lakes. He started a company called Dytec in 1974 and built
it from a one man manufacturers rep. firm to a $10 million company.
He sold it in 1992, retired and moved to Spruce Creek Fly-in Community
in Daytona Beach. Tom is a A & P Mechanic. He has owned and restored
and sold a Taylorcraft, Ercoupe, Cessna 175, Mooney 231, Citabria,
Piper J 3 Cub, 2 ea.Bonanza Straight 35's, 3 ea. Bonanza V35s's, Bonanza
A36, Beechcraft T34, 4ea. Barron 55's. While retired he built an immaculate
Glass Goose Amphibian in two years. He is active in EAA and American
Bonanza Society. |
